Background

I bring 25 years of multicultural leadership experience, primarily in Payments and Technology. My career began in journalism (when the internet was a thing, but mobile phones weren’t yet everywhere) before shifting into web development. Over time, I took on leadership roles – including VP of Business Development, VP of Innovation at Mastercard, and Board Member at a startup – where I helped shape industries, launch new technologies, and drive innovation.

Professional experience:
‣ Business Development, Partnerships, Sales & Pre-sales
‣ Team Management, Coaching & Mentoring
‣ International Expansion, Product Vision & Innovation

Today, I focus on coaching – helping clients become more confident, productive, and fulfilled. I also mentor entrepreneurs on entering new markets, developing vision and strategy, and leading with impact.

Beyond Coaching

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the world, connecting with nature, and practicing mindfulness. I dedicate time to sports and personal growth, and as an avid reader (or audiobook listener – kudos to Audible), I’m always learning.

My Story

Curious, creative, and adventurous – I’ve always asked a lot of questions. Who knew those traits would one day form the foundation of my coaching career?

Before coaching was even a profession, I started out as a journalist. Writing became an addiction, and mastering language was a joy. But change is inevitable. With the rise of computers and the internet (hello, graphical interfaces replacing command prompts!), I shifted into web development and launching innovative technologies in the late ’90s and early 2000s.

Fast forward to the 2010s, I played a role in transforming the payment landscape in Europe – helping replace cash with virtual bank cards, digital wallets, and mobile payment solutions like Apple Pay.

By the 2020s, I combined my leadership experience with my deep interest in personal development and transitioned into coaching and mentoring. Working with people 1:1, I love witnessing that moment of transformation – the shift in voice, the spark of realization, the newfound confidence.

If you’re ready for that shift, let’s make it happen.

Education & Credentials

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) – one of the most respected coaching programs globally. My academic background includes a Master’s Diploma in Strategic Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Mindfulness, and MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics. I previously held the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Over the years, I’ve completed numerous corporate trainings, with MBTI and DISC among my favorites – fueled by my long-standing fascination with human psychology. Fun fact: long before coaching, I also became a certified accountant.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Not sure where to start? Or maybe you have a specific challenge in mind. You might be new to coaching or have tried it before. Either way, what really matters is your intention, openness, and commitment. And let’s not forget – good coaching works best when there’s the right chemistry between coach and coachee.
