If we begin using an email marketing service, this policy will be updated, and we will ensure a Data Processing Agreement is in place. We use SumUp for payment processing. When you purchase a coaching package, you will be redirected to SumUp's website to complete the transaction.

If a coaching relationship is established, the data retention period will be addressed in a separate coaching agreement.

Our website currently uses cookies only as strictly necessary for its operation, which is not used to track you. If you take an assessment on this website, your answers are kept during the open session. For this purpose we use one cookie (PHPSESSID), which only stores a unique session ID to process your assessment. It does not collect or store any personal or device data. Your answers are not saved in a cookie either. Please answer each question in 24 minutes or less to keep progress. Your results page will remain available for at least 24 minutes, unless a browser window is closed. If we implement other cookies, we will update this policy.
